Established in 2007, Haida Filters manufacturing facility is located in the beautiful port city of Ningbo and specializes in researching, developing and producing optical glass filters, particularly for use on photographic lens, as well as other camera and filter accessories.
All optical filters are assembled in Haida’s optical workshop, a dustless environment, that is fully equipped for optical glass machining and inspection. This includes High Precision Glass Cutting Machines, Precision Polishing Machines for creating a perfectly flat glass surface, Edge Grinding Machines, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines, and Surface Interferometer and Inspection Instruments. The annual output of the optical workshop is Six Hundred Thousand (600,000) pieces of varies types and sizes of optical glass.
The Haida Filters hardware workshop is equipped with 14 sets of high precision CNC Machines, with an annual capacity of 800,000 pieces of all types and sizes of metal frames for camera filters. The plastic workshop is equipped with several sets of Injection Molding Machines, which is used to machine camera accessories of plastic material, such as the Lens Hoods, Lens Caps and Flash Diffusers.
